Living Room

Living Room is located on the second floor of the villa. Second floor of the villa is the main floor that also contains a kitchen, main bedroom, a small bedroom and a bathroom.

Living room has a large sofa, rocking chair, TV, TV cabinet and air conditioning.

Living room is the passage to one of the most beautiful terraces in Sutivan. The view is something that you can never have enough.

Kitchen

When you enter the upper, main floor, you enter the kitchen, the heart of every house. This beautiful indoor kitchen has all the amenities that you need for your stay.

Dining area on the kitchen island is intended for six people.

The kitchen has a window overlooking the back yard, lemon and orange trees.

Main Bedroom

Main bedroom is located on the upper floor of the villa. Main bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe, TV, big mirror and a large window that overlooks the most beautiful view – sea, church tower and small dalmatian houses.

The window of the main bedroom is located next to the entrance to the living room on the big terrace with a large dining table.

Small Bedroom

Small bedroom is located on the upper floor of the villa, next to the main bedroom and bathroom. Small bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe, cosmetic table and a large window overlooking the back yard.

Bathroom

Bathroom on the upper floor of the villa is simple and modern and has all the amenities necessary for your hygiene.

Bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, chest with drawers, big mirror, cosmetic small mirror and shelves.

Bathroom has a window overlooking the back yard.

Studio Bedroom

Studio Bedroom is a large bedroom located on the separate floor of the villa with a separate entrance. Separate entrances in the same building is a traditional way of building old stone Dalmatian houses.

Studio bedroom has it’s own bathroom and is equipped with king size bed, hangers, sofa chair, small table, TV, library with books and air conditioning.

Studio bedroom has a window overlooking the pool.

Studio Bathroom

Studio bathroom is a bathroom located on the separate ground floor of the villa, next to the studio bedroom. Studio bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, sink, chest with drawers, big mirror, cosmetic small mirror and wahing machine.

Decorated in all shades of blue, studio bathroom has a window overlooking the pool.

Exterior

Exterior of our residence has a lot of special corners for relaxing, enjoying your meal, cooking or reading books.

In the back yard you can enjoy cooking in your outdoor kitchen using BBQ grill or a gas cooker, outdoor dining area and sun loungers with coffee table.

Downstairs there is a heated pool with sun loungers, sofa bed, outdoor shower and indoor grill.

All parts of the exterior are integrated into the natural and authentic environment.
