Villa Cicibella is located in the old part of Sutivan, which is historical and very quiet neighborhood. It has been in the family for 4 generations. Built in 1978 and fully renovated during 2017-2020. House is built in a traditional way of building old stone Dalmatian houses – two-storey with separate entrances.

Whole house is made from the local stone, and every part of the house was carefully selected by the family. We spent a lot of time picking the right materials and trying to do something unique and different and at the same time comfortable.

Whole lot where the house sits is 600 sqm. On the back of the house you can enjoy in summer kitchen and rest area. In front of the house you can find a gym which can be also used as a media room. Next to it you can find closed barbecue, a private pool, and a small lounge. Main dining area is located on the terrace with the most beautiful sea view. Whole house is surrounded with gardens and beautiful vegetations picked by a family and carefully cultivated. All fruit in our garden (fig, black grape, mulberry, lemons, oranges) is non-toxic & eco and you can enjoy in their flavors for free.

For the parking you can use the garage or you can park in front of the house. Everything is easy accessible by foot so you don’t need a car. First beach is just 2 minutes away, market is near, restaurants are also in the vicinity. Popular points of interest near Villa Cicibella include Sutivan Beach, Beach Majakovac and Beach Grgina.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Refundable damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
